Mark Bergelson

Mark Bergelson is the Co-Founder, Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary, and Director of Delta Zap Inc. Mark oversees the Company's administrative operations, corporate governance, strategic planning, investor communications, and organizational development initiatives. As a member of the founding team, Mark has played a key role in establishing the operational and corporate framework necessary to support Delta Zap's growth. He works closely with management, advisors, and strategic partners to ensure the Company maintains a strong foundation while pursuing new opportunities and expanding its business platform. Mark's focus on execution, organization, and long-term strategic planning helps position Delta Zap for continued growth and success in an evolving marketplace.
